Psycle Barre: This new signature barre method that has been designed by a team of experts to build strength, flexibility, agility, speed, balance and mental focus – without losing the fun. The choreography is based on the rhythm of energising playlists and it takes you through all the planes of movement to get deep into the belly of each major muscle group.

Psycle HIIT: has been designed to deliver a powerful, high intensity interval workout that will leave every part of your body worked. Using a mixture of TRX, kettle-bells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, the classes are challenging, highly effective, and push your limits. This class is designed to give amazing metabolic benefits – be prepared to sweat!

Muaythai inspired HIIT with Jamie Ray, star Trainer from Another Space: Get yourself ready to combine high intensity training with traditional Muaythai striking. Be prepared to not only sweat but overcome physical and mental barriers in this new and refreshing hybrid martial art discipline. A new concept which will leave you standing fighting strong.

Yoga for the Brain with Heather Mason: The most pervasive research finding in yoga trials is that it reduces stress and lifts mood.  An increasing body of evidence finds that yoga may lead to these changes because it is able to change brain chemistry, functioning and anatomy.  In this talk we will review cutting-edge research which elucidates how yoga gives rise to brain change.  We will also look at specific practices that specifically help to promote these positive changes in individuals suffering from mental health issues.

Primal Flow with Sam Burrows: Primal flow improves strength, flexibility and balance by drawing on fast paced dynamic movements and animal locomotion. Incorporating crawls, jumps, lunges, squats, inversions and static holds these sessions will have you moving like a beast.

Yoga with Live Harp Music: Classical music has been scientifically proven to induce feelings of relaxation and wellbeing, and there is no better instrument than a harp to do just this. Join acclaimed yogi Katy Bateman as she eases you through a guided yoga practice, complete with the soothing sounds of a classically trained harpist. Boxing Fundamentals with Chris Baugh: Come join lululemon Ambassador and former pro boxer Chris Baugh as he brings his boxing expertise to the fitness ring. Get sweaty and learn the fundamentals of the sweet science at the Sweatlife festival!

45 Workouts in 45 with Ally Gray: Come join Ambassador Ally Grey as he takes you through 45 workouts in 45 minutes in a circuit that you won’t forget. This engaging class will leave you feeling energised… but also with a slight burn.

Metabolic with Lawrence Hannah: Join Lawrence for a HIIT and strength training class: Metabolic. Using only the body weight we will work through a range of intensity levels and tempo to torch fat while adding strength to promote lean definition in the muscles. Big group, big energy, hard work, good feeling.

How to Train Your Posterior Chain with On Your Marks: Alex Marks, Head Personal Trainer of OYM, will take you through his signature glute activation and core class. Go from having a sleepy bum to an active ass and tight abs, in 40 short minutes. On Your Marks is an initiative with the aim of encouraging novices into sport, both to achieve their own personal challenges and to raise awareness of meningitis.
