TIME AND PLACE:
@ Manero’s Bar, 232 Kingsland Road, London E2 8AX
A Tale of Three Cities is the first printed arts journal to get down on its knees and kiss the ground before Europe’s golden triangle: London, Paris and Berlin.
Held in Manero’s intriguing underground parlour. With classic soul records from Vice’s Charlet Duboc and Two Design Conscious Young Men Who Happen To Be Homosexuals, swaps of the night included “Why Men Marry Bitches” with Drew Barrymore’s “Little Girl Lost” with many a book swapper fighting for “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies”.
