Empire at O2 is hosting an incredible weekend of all things film – like a Woodstock for cinephiles, filmmakers and film geeks. With a programme of screenings ranging from mainstream (Twilight, Cowboys and Aliens) to a celebration of Pixar films (Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Up), as well as cult films, horror and classics (Clerks, Fright Night, Apocalypse Now), and preview screenings (Conan, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Red State), I think there may be something for everyone.

As well as screenings, Empire Big Screen will be holding Q&As, interviews, and discussions.

BIG SCREEN Theatres

Be part of exclusive film studio sessions – Top directors, producers and A-list stars discuss and present scenes and exclusive footage from their unreleased movies from the year ahead and 2012. These are hugely entertaining sessions which include plenty of audience interaction with Q&A’s panel debates and interviews and, to top it all, you’ll be the first of your friends to see the next big hit movies from The Amazing Spider-Man, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Real Steel, to The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and much more!

Special FX & Live Performances

The Live Special FX Perfromances offers the chance to see exciting live theatrical shows providing behind the scenes insight and technical know-how on how the latest visual effects, technical tricks and exciting stunts are produced. Including the Muppets, and a must for would-be Jedi everywhere the Star Wars Padawan Training School.
