Royally appointed florist, Moyses Stevens announce an exclusive Mother’s Day bouquet masterclass in their new home of St Pancras International.
You will be guided through the workshop by trained florists and will complete the class with a stunning, hand tied bouquet in time for Mothering Sunday on 26th March.
As well as creating and taking home your hand tied bouquets you will learn the basics of floristry including how to match evergreen foliage and blooms to create beautiful bouquets all year round.
Guests are welcome to attend the class in groups to co-create a single bouquet, children are also welcome at the class.
Taking place in the stunning surrounds of St Pancras International’s Grand Terrace (by the statue of Sir John Betjeman), visitors can also pick up some other Mother’s Day treats from retailers in the selection including Jo Malone, Neal’s Yard, L’Occitane and LK Bennet.
Notonthehighstreet.com is touring its Pitch Up event in a hunt to find the best new creative talent from across the UK. Following the success of previous Pitch Ups held in Richmond, Bristol, Leicester and Manchester. The first event of 2017 kicks off at its headquarters.
Pitch Up provides small creative businesses with the opportunity to pitch your innovative products and unique gift ideas to NOTH’s experts.
Open to everyone and across all categories (Food and Drink, Jewellery and Fashion, Health and Beauty, Home and Garden), candidates are given a ten-minute window to pitch their products to a team of specialists who not only assess what’s being presented but also provide expert advice on how to develop their range and successfully sell online.
Pitch Up has already helped over 300 small businesses launch on the site, joining the other 5,000 small creative businesses.
Get all your Christmas shopping sorted at the Peckham Markets. There will be 55+ different designer/makers and artists taking part each day alongside an inspiring mix of workshops. The bar will be well stocked with mulled-wine and DJs will be spinning, keeping the vibe just right!
Fantastic illustrator Viktorija from Andsmile will be doing live portraits all weekend, get down early to book a slot. Each unique piece is £20.
You can also join in a card making workshop with Alice Tams from Birds In Hats and decorate your very own card with an array of felt tips, crayons and glitter. Sat & Sun, drop-in costs £3 per person.
On Saturday there will be a screen printing workshop with Portable Print Studio where you can print your own t-shirt or tote bag, from £7, drop in.
New pop-up event where designers are selling stock from past seasons, prototypes, work in progress and samples. Prices will range from our £1 items all the way up to £100.
The Garage Sale will bring these products from over 50 designers into one specially curated space designed by BAT Studio. Customers will be able to get their hands on items that are not available in any shop and is perfect for those who might have missed a particular item the first time around or design lovers on a budget, searching for unique Christmas presents.
