Festival for new music, bigger and more diverse than ever in 2017.

Showcasing 450 emerging artists from all over the world in 30+ walkable venues across the city. It’s the first place to discover your new favourite artist and see them in an intimate setting before they go on to headline major festival stages.

TGE is also attended by the music industry who are on the hunt for the next big thing. We run a convention alongside the gigs featuring insightful panels, topical debates, keynote speeches and networking opportunities in abundance.

The Alternative Escape, the Spotlight Shows, secret gigs, club nights and spontaneous collaborations all add to the festivities and make the weekend in Brighton one not to miss!

Jose Cuervo, the oldest and best selling tequila brand in the world, is taking its Mexican spirit to the beach for Brighton Big Screen. Guests of the much-loved open-air cinema event, will be able to enjoy refreshing frozen margaritas on the beachfront at Jose Cuervo’s very own tequila beach bar.

Situated on Brighton Beach next to the famous Pier and the Wheel, Brighton’s Big Screen is bigger and better than ever this year with a full array of pop-up restaurants and a contemporary beach bar.

Jose Cuervo’s tequila beach bar will feature Jose Cuervo’s new rustic blue and yellow branding and will serve a summery selection of Jose Cuervo cocktails including the I Heart Paloma, Coconut Crusher and the brand’s signature frozen margarita, the Cuervo Slushie.

The Brighton Big Screen schedule is packed with blockbuster and classic movies. A gigantic 40sqm, 8mm screen will showcase three movies a day; with highlights including Pulp Fiction, Quadrophenia, Alien, and Sweeny Todd to name a few.
