Maison St-Germain returns to London for its second year with an immersive installation by Henry Holland! 🍸 💃
St-Germain, the French elderflower liqueur, in partnership with House of Holland, will bring a flurry of joyful decadence to the heart of the capital with the return of Maison St-Germain.
You will be guided through the Wild Harvest Walkway where the ephemeral story will be brought to life through surprise and delight moments by London florists June in March. You’ll then take a journey through an endless, abstract meadow of 1,000 elderflowers. Emerging into one of two cocktail bars, guests will be able to enjoy the classic St-Germain Spritz, along with a new collection of St-Germain cocktails including Henry’s personalised drink The Free Lane which will combine St-Germain with Grey Goose La Poire, lime juice, rhubarb bitters, grapefruit bitters and finished on the rocks with Pear Sassy Cider.
Maison St-Germain will serve two further exclusive cocktails; Thé Rouge, a mix of St-Germain and BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro, Roobis Tea and a dash of lemon essential oil; and the Brin Vert which combines St-Germain with Oxley gin, Tio pepe, absinthe and celery.
Don’t miss this free curated sensory experience by Henry Holland as well as delicious St-Germain cocktails to celebrate the ephemeral elderflower harvest and honour the 1,000 hand-picked flowers in each bottle!

Week-long public festival will include floating Aerocene sculptures, Ron Arad and Zandra Rhodes ‘drawing with light’ on V&A façades, a new dance commission from Julie Cunningham and hip hop from Botis Seva and the National Youth Dance Company Alumni.
REVEAL celebrates the opening of the V&A Exhibition Road Quarter, the largest architectural project undertaken by the Museum in over 100 years. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning British architect Amanda Levete and her practice AL_A, the Exhibition Road Quarter will create major new spaces that will transform the V&A’s relationship with the public and its neighbouring institutions on Exhibition Road.
The festival will mark the opening of these extraordinary new spaces, bringing together a host of cultural commissions to explore the heritage, modernity and technology of the V&A. Festival contributions from the Museum’s ‘Albertopolis’ neighbours highlight this historic moment for the V&A and the broader South Kensington area, as it enters the next 100 years of its history.
