Re:Solutions Festival at Juju’s Bar & Stage until end of January 2018

Bigger and better than the first year, Re:Solutions festival promises a stellar 2018 programme with yoga, dance and fitness classes from the likes of Yogahood, Fat Buddha Yoga and Disco Barre as well many others who will inspire, guide and lend life wisdom. ☮️ 🙏

From lunchtime yoga to swing and cuban dance classes with uplifting live music, the choice is plentiful. Working in collaboration with Urban Temple, this year’s event also sees offerings in unusual and innovative realms, such as Chroma light yoga with intense coloured light settings, Disco Barre and Pilates as well as dynamic Afrofusion, Soca and movement workshops lined up to deliver an all-embracing proposition.

Classes are complemented with speakers and wellness coaches including one of the most successful coaches in the UK, Hari Kalymnios, the author of the ground-breaking and thought-jarring book – ‘The Thought Gym’.

To ensure revellers are nourished from the inside out, the food offering has one mission – to fuel the mindful masses with vital minerals and conscious ingredients, keeping them energised all month long. With the Juju Bean Cafe at the helm, whatever the taste preference and whether the goal is to detox or retox, food will be fresh, tasty, and filled with plenty of goodness. Collaborators include Moju juices, Karma Cola and the vegan, refined-sugar and gluten free Cupcakes and Shhht for guilt-free indulgence.

In addition, there will be mindfulness and meditation workshops and gong baths, headlined by the brilliant Nick Stolerman and Siri Sadhana Kaur. What’s more, the festival’s music offering will work in synergy with the festival goers’ mood with bands and performers all coming together to deliver an awesome atmosphere. From Latino dance tunes to blissfully laid back melodies, to live bands and yoga classes led by Ministry Of Sound DJ’s, the roster of musical talent is set to be utterly impressive.

If the label is blue you are good to go but if it is orange you know youcan throw the food away.
