Christmas Past at Geffrye until 7 January 2018

Escape from the hustle and bustle of Christmas and step back through time to Christmas Past. See authentic festive decorations, lighting, music and greenery transform the museum’s period living rooms, giving an evocative glimpse into how Christmas has been celebrated in English homes over the past 400 years. 🎄 🏠 🎅

Seasonal food and drink will be on the menu in the café and the shop will be full of Christmas decorations and cards, stylish home-wares, gifts and treats.

Back with their fourth event Summer Festival: Psychedelia. A psychedelic inspired cosmic universe, showcasing mind altering artworks from creative agencies, collectives, publications, textile designers, visual artists and print studios from around the UK.

Line-up and activities:
14 exhibitor stands, including Material Gallery, Belly Kids, Pirrip Press, Brothers of the Stripe, Ben Oakley Gallery, East London Printmakers, Not Another Bill, The Flood Gallery and many more.

A featured wall, exhibiting exclusive prints from a selection of handpicked artists. Keep you eyes peeled for the likes of Steve Thomas, Paul Blow, Saskia Pomeroy, Supermundane and Pâté. But hurry, each print is in an edition of 20 so once it’s sold, it’s gone for good!

‘Print your own Magic Mushroom’ screen printing workshop with Hello Print Studio, silent Wes Wilson auction, The London Illustration Fair print shop, street food vendors, live music, DJs and a fully stocked summer bar.

Poeticat are crashing through London to promote their EP Smash the Floor with the 10 date Smash the Tour.

With roots in London and Lisbon, Poeticat is an energetic and unique rock band infusing elements of progressive, experimental and psychedelic music with a punk attitude. They are here to play music to jump up and down to, and explode guitar riffs in your face with all the class of a 3 year old dancing to Metallica.

Mexican street food institution recently celebrated the opening of its new permanent residence at Hoxton Square.

The menu mixes popular classics and dishes from ‘Death By Burrito – The Cookbook’.

The tequila only cocktail menu was curated by award winning, Ryan Chetiyawardana (Mr Lyan).
