It’s Miami 1982. The air hangs thick and heavy as temperatures run high along the sun kissed boards of The Boulevard. Palm trees throw shade over the pastel coloured buildings of the strip – a daylight costume that fades as the sun goes down, and gives way to the glittering jacket of night time. This is a neon city where girls in short skirts with golden tans work their way into the hearts of the bad boys of the beach. But all that glitters ain’t gold in this popping playground, for high-rollers, roller skaters, love makers and money takers.

Great music, cold Budweiser and a thrilling cook-off between the competition finalists, judged by top chef, Neil Rankin.

Summer soundtrack provided by DJ Dom Chung. Well known for his impeccable mixing and vast record collection, Dom is one of the youngest people ever to do a Radio One guest mix at only 18 years old. He has his own Ministry of Sound “International” Radio show with over half a million listeners, and is sure to get people on their feet with his infectious electronic house.

Food will be in full flow courtesy of legendary BBQ restaurant, Bodean’s, including their famous burgers, nachos, ribs and pulled pork.
