Gourmet event and unique opportunity for food and wine connoisseurs to spend an evening with Maille’s Consultant Chef Bruno Loubet. Including complimentary wine from the Bordeaux region, canapés and sampling of dishes.
The intimate evening will celebrate the flavours of the autumnal season, as he takes you through the passions for artisanal techniques learned whilst growing up in rural Bordeaux, such as foraging for ceps and wild mushrooms.
Bruno Loubet will take you through his culinary approach of bringing together three or four elements in perfect balance, highlighting the delicate flavours of each – whilst creating gourmet recipes for guests to taste and try techniques for themselves.
